Booking alteration and cancellation conditions

Minimum booking time is one day (24h) in advance.

Minimum cancellation notice is two days (48h) in advance where full refund can be granted. In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances after the required notice, rescheduling can be offered with no extra costs involved.

Minimum notice required before rescheduling is twelve hours. No changes to the booking can be made beyond this notice and no refunds will be offered.

Revisions

In the event of required revisions of any production or post-production services, we can provide up to two without additional costs, assuming that your requirements will require corrections and not holistic remaking of the end product.
